Le service personnalisé est parfait et l'hôtel propose même des baby-sitters pour les plus petits. Le personnel de la piscine et les serveurs, attentifs et sympathiques, offrent un service excellent, tandis que le personnel de l'ensemble de l'hôtel est très sympathique. Certains membres du personnel sont incroyables, notamment Felix, Chez, Margarito, Abad, notre concierge Claudia, Angie, Alexandra et un chico nommé Ches. L'ensemble de l'équipe de l'hôtel est de premier ordre et fournit un excellent service.
