Les clients ne tarissent pas d'éloges sur le cadre magnifique et la vue imprenable, la décrivant comme un lieu de rêve avec une vue inoubliable. Le complexe offre une excellente expérience culinaire avec une cuisine locale unique et délicieuse, bien que certains clients aient trouvé les prix du restaurant de la piscine un peu élevés. Les chambres sont constamment louées pour leur vue incroyable et leurs lits super confortables, les clients les décrivant comme superbes. Le personnel de premier ordre est décrit comme très amical, serviable et désireux de se surpasser pour aider les clients avec tout ce dont ils ont besoin. La piscine extérieure à débordement, le spa et le restaurant sont également très appréciés. Dans l'ensemble, les clients s'accordent à dire que le Villa Riviera Resort est un lieu de vacances de premier choix sur la côte ligure, offrant une qualité, un service et un luxe exceptionnels.
