Apartment 4 (La Mansarda) This apartment is located in the top of the building and features a balcony with park and lake view, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The Mediterranean styled apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a combined living and dining area with open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a spacious private bathroom with underfloor heating and bathtub, as well as walk-in rain shower. Apartment 3 (Il Grande) Large apartment offering 3 bedrooms, a 60 m² roofed balcony, a 140 m² terrace and 7 exits to the terrace. It has a loft style and features a south-west facing view of the lake and the garden, as well as barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. The spacious combined living and dining area with open-plan fully equipped kitchen also has a balcony.
