There is also a private bathroom. All bedding and towels are supplied. There is a covered outdoor area overlooking the grounds of the property.

Cabine de Luxe These lovely, warm and modern cabins have a queen-sized bed and 1 set of bunk beds. They include a table and chairs, small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery and 26-inch TV. All bedding and linen is supplied. Towels may be hired on arrival. Communal bathrooms are in close proximity. For those wishing to cook a meal pots and pans are available on request to use in the communal kitchen. There is a covered outdoor seating area.

Ensuite Unit This studio includes a breakfast making area with tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, toaster and kettle. With the convenience of your own bathroom, table and chairs and TV. Parking is available directly in front and there is a lovely seating area directly outside where you can enjoy a cup of tea surrounded by the seasonal flowers with a pleasant outlook on the park. There is a queen-sized bed or king-sized bed.

Self-Contained Twin Studio This self-contained, spacious studio includes a queen-sized bed and a single-sized bed. There is a sofa, table and chairs, 32-inch flat-screen TV and a kitchenette with a ceramic stove top and microwave. There is also a private bathroom. These Self-Contained Studios are a comfortable spacious unit ideal for up to three people. All bedding and towels are supplied. Our covered outdoor area provides the ideal place to relax and overlook the peaceful grounds of the Invercargill TOP 10.

They include a table and chairs, small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a 26-inch TV and all bedding and linen are supplied. Towels may be hired on arrival. Communal bathrooms are in close proximity. For those wishing to cook a meal, pots and pans to use in the communal kitchen are available on request. There is an outdoor covered seating area available. Please note that the price is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 (see Hotel Policies).

Studio Motel (Accessible) This studio unit has been adapted for wheelchair access. The unit features a king bed, seating and dining area, and a modern designed bathroom with underfloor heating and wet floor shower.
