Le personnel est reconnu pour son service exceptionnel, son attitude serviable et amicale, et la gestionnaire de la propriété, Sara, a été particulièrement félicitée pour son extrême serviabilité. La piscine est un point fort du séjour, rafraîchissante et froide, et les logements sont confortables, avec d'immenses lits pouvant facilement accueillir quatre personnes. Bien qu'il y ait quelques critiques négatives concernant la propreté et des problèmes de chambre comme du linge sale, des couvertures malodorantes et des stores cassés, des réponses rapides et des solutions ont été fournies par le personnel serviable.
